The week of March 20, 2012 can fairly mark the most significant one to date in Casey James’ musical career.  After more than a decade behind his “overnight success,” Casey James finally has a record in stores.  This isn’t just any country record.  It’s a collaboration of tracks that showcases his unique style as a melting pot of genres, and all kinds of music lovers are embracing it.  The self-titled album, “Casey James,” spent four consecutive days as iTunes #1 country album, and currently has a 4.5 star rating.  On, the album is doing very well:

Friday, Casey and the band gave an incredible performance during his CD release party at Billy Bob’s music venue located in Fort Worth, Texas.  The following morning, Casey traveled to Houston to perform for the most supportive radio station so far, KILT.  Just a few hours later, Casey made an appearance at Best Buy for a live in-store appearance and CD signing.  Catch each live performance here:

    What a fun and crazy week this has been for us and Casey with all of these events surrounding his debut album! I’m not going to look at this as the end of the ride, but the beginning of something special for his future now that his awesome music is out for everyone to hear! 😀

    I’m not sure if you got this here – Casey and Blaine appeared on Tennessee Mornings where they performed LDCIAN and Drive.I don’t know how to link/embed these videos, not sure if this will work – they’re very, very good. I just don’t want anybody to miss it.
