Casey James was interviewed over the weekend by Kix Brooks, the host of the American Country Countdownshow. Casey talked about the writing process behind his hit debut single “Let’s Don’t Call it a Night” as well as growing up in a musical family. You can listen to that interview here:
Today, Casey was interviewed by Charla Corn of 95.9 the Ranch, one of Casey’s hometown stations.
They talked about Casey’s new self-titled CD which comes out March 20, the current Top 25 single, playing the CD launch party at Billy Bob’s Texas on March 23, and his fans.

Mentioning that Casey’s mom’s birthday is coming up (March 1st), the DJ asked if he wanted to sing her Happy Birthday. But the raspy-voiced Casey begged off, saying he was sick as a dog and when he sounds like that, you don’t want to hear him sing. Fans might disagree, as did the DJ, but hopefully Casey will be well by then, because March 1st starts the first of a string of concerts. Check here to keep up on Casey’s hectic concert schedule.
