Many preparations are in the works for the release of Casey’s album including a touring band. Blaine Crews, a drummer from Fort Worth, Texas tweeted this past week, “Just started playing with Casey James!” You can show your support for Blaine by following him on Twitter @BlaineCrews. Blaine has confirmed that he will be joining Casey in Wichita for a concert, which will be scheduled sometime very soon. In our news and media mentions this week, Canadian country radio station CJKC 103 added the single “Let’s Don’t Call It A Night” to their playlist this week. Also, Casey finally took the plunge, and purchased a new, black 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 R/T. He is sure to enjoy his new wheels, but there was a small glitch, and Casey informed fans by tweeting “The air conditioner isn’t working in my ride. Bob Kingsley, who hosts the weekly Bob Kingsley Country Top 40, posted this video of Casey on Facebook and Tweeted it. The video was shot last year, but just posted and uploaded to YouTube today (with the description: “Casey James gives a shout-out to CT40 fans”).
