Casey James ~ Weekly Recap Ending 12/17/11

With a completely finished album under his belt, Casey James heads home for the holidays. Definitely a well earned and anticipated reprieve from the hectic schedule of a Sony recording artist. Casey performed a 12 song set Tuesday night in Knoxville, TN at the “Cotton Eyed Joe”. Fans were grateful for an intimate setting and the opportunity to spend plenty of time with Casey while sharing a night of laughter. On the set list was Casey’s well sought version of “Please Come Home For Christmas”. Prior to introducing Casey, the announcer gave a shout out to The Casey James Blog for broadcasting the show live. Casey concluded his first year of touring as a Sony recording artist in Virginia Beach, VA performing for the WUSH US106.1‘s Rising Star Series. To view photos and catch new videos as they become available, click here.

Casey’s first single has moved two spots from #38 to #36 on the Bob Kingsley’s Top 40 country countdown.
