Continuing its assault on the Top 40, Casey James’ first single Let’s Don’t Call it a Night moved up four spots to #45 on the Billboard chart for National Country Airplay this week. As we mentioned last week, its audience impressions are now over one million and the song has been added by over 50 stations. It also moved up on Mediabase to #48. The big news on Wednesday was the debut of a brand new song during a private show Casey played for radio station WDXB, 102.5 FM, Birmingham, Alabama, in their Bull Lounge today in front of some lucky listeners. Click here to hear that song and his entire set from that show.

On Friday, Casey performed at the Eagle’s Nest Rockin’ Country Bar in the Parkview Shopping Center in Chesapeake, Virginia as part of 97.3 The Eagle‘s “Up Close and Personal” concert series.
