Casey James at the Greek – July 25

Tonight at 7:30, Casey took the stage at the Greek Theatre for what was the first of two consecutive nights he is opening for Sugarland this month.  It was a relatively short set (5 songs), but a great one.  He used acoustic stylings to showcase the loving ode “Undone,” the romantic “I Lied,” the soon-to-be-released single “Let’s Don’t Call It a Night,” the passionate “So Sweet,” and the propulsive “Drive.”

Dona and Diane DiBiasi were kind enough to call in from the concert.  There were a few technical glitches so the recording only includes some of the songs Casey played. Photos:

The Orange County Register published the below pictures of Casey’s July 25 set below, and included a brief review of his performance here.

On July 26, Dianne DiBiasi tweeted: Love your new single… Saw you sing it live Monday at The Greek..Hope you sing it at The Mint on Thurs.

There was also a short commercial advertising the concert which mentioned Casey.

We’ll include more details as we receive them so keep checking back.
