Casey James will take the stage tomorrow night at the Verizon Arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas, at approximately 7:30 CT. For some, this is a concert they’ve been waiting a year for, since they first became fans of then-American Idol contestant Casey James. For others, this will be their first look at the tall Texan with the large array of guitars.
What we know:
The concert: Casey has said his set will be around 25 minutes. He will be joined onstage by three other seasoned studio and touring musicians, David LaBruyere on bass, Nir Z on drums, and Billy Nobel on keyboards, the first two of whom have played with John Mayer in the past. They will play approximately five songs, as he did during the Sony After-party on Tuesday, most, if not all, will be new songs. There will be someone killing it on the guitar.
Meeting Casey: Fans can meet Casey after the show. Enjoy Little Big Town and Sugarland and then head over to the merchandise table to meet Casey. For those who have tweeted with Casey, wear your Twitter shirts so he’ll know who’s there to see him! Casey also suggested in a recent tweet: “Make a little sign with your twitter name on there! I will try to toss ya a pick or something,”
The coverage: A number of fans will be doing more than just cheering. JabbasSweetie will be covering the first concert live and streaming it for all of us.
